Pudding de chia

Chia pudding   

For 2 persons:

✔250 ml of almond milk

✔1 banana

✔3 fresh dates

✔3 tbsp of chia seeds

  1. Mix the almond milk, the banana and the dates together
  2. Add the chia seeds
  3. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour (ideally the evening before)

Tips ?: For an ideal breakfast, add on top of the pudding : Granola, Fresh fruit, Chocolate chips
