Soheila Sadraee grew up between her father's piles of oriental carpets and her mother's organic food shop, the perfect blend of tradition and ecology. A graduate of a painting school, Soheila spent the first years of her career in the artistic sector. After becoming a mother, she decided to make her passion her profession: cooking at its most gourmet, putting her imagination at the service of the perfect harmony between flavours.
The gluten-free queen
Having serious digestive problems with gluten, and as a big bread eater, she decided to satisfy herself by launching her own range. In 2013, So' Bake It was born. She started in her mum's organic shop, which she used a bit as a laboratory/playground to develop her recipes. In May 2019, looking for a place to establish herself, showcase her know-how and meet the public, she opened her gluten-free and organic bakery & pastry shop in the centre of La Hulpe. For Soheila, working on bread with quality ingredients is like restoring works of art: she plays with materials and colours and constantly creates personalised dishes for her customers, according to their tastes, needs and various intolerances.
So' Bake It is a bakery100% gluten-free, 100% organic, 0% preservatives. Together with a passionate team, Soheila combines the taste and quality of the past with today's criteria, in terms of ingredients and artisanal manufacturing processes.
