OneLove Coop serves as a flexible and diverse production tool, allowing producers to process and resell products made from their own harvests. With a professional kitchen and adaptive methods, the cooperative goes beyond the image of a small-scale processor to offer a strong, sustainable alternative to the standardized food industry.
The project is built around a collective structure rather than an individual, bringing together around 45 cooperative members who share a single vision: to sustain a local, human, and resilient food system. By working with small-scale farms, OneLove Coop values quality, transparency, and proximity. Their mission is simple: to offer quality products at a fair price, while valuing the work of producers, fairly paying their team, and reducing intermediaries.
