From California to France
A few years ago, Laetitia experimented with a raw vegan diet and raw 80%. It was a revelation! She decided to follow a training course in Vegan Nutrition and Raw Food in the United States and flew with her husband and children on this adventure!
It was in California that they discovered the concept of a puree mill. As they are themselves great fans of oilseed purees, they returned to France with the desire to implement this concept.
Their ecological commitment
Milarom mills work with noble whole oilseeds, not with offcuts, chips and other crushed material which require an additional processing step and are therefore less environmentally friendly and more expensive!
Moreover, the concept is part of a zero waste approach as you can place your containers directly under the mills and only take the desired quantity.
Oilseed purees are vegetable butters that can be used in all preparations. In addition to being delicious, they are also an excellent source of vegetable protein, rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre and low in carbohydrates.
