Le Coq des Prés

The Coq des Prés organisation was launched in 2008 by a group of poultry farmers who are passionate about their trade. Coq des prés places great importance on the quality of their products. Their chickens are fed with 100% natural, vegetable and organic ingredients.

Le Coq des Prés is proud of their products because of the sustainability of their working methods. They are sustainable in one respect:

1. Social, through the creation and stability of employment for poultry farmers.
2. Economic, because the Coq des Prés provides farmers with a better income per animal and accessible prices in the shop.
3. Environmental, as the ecological pressure is mitigated by the implementation of extensive breeding. Raised on family farms integrated into the landscape, the Coq des Prés lives in wooded meadows. Moreover, the marketing of the Coq des Prés is based on a real relationship of proximity between the mill supplying the feed, the breeders and the customers. Transport is also kept to a minimum.

At The Barn, you can find whole chickens that come from their cooperative.
