A common passionÂ
More than 20 years ago, Mariana met Daniel and the famous "Fromagerie du Gros Chêne" that needs no introduction! They quickly became friends and shared the same passion for authentic, quality products.
Since 2018, Mariana and her son Gaia have been working with the Fromagerie du Gros Chêne on a recipe for an exceptional yogurt made from sheep's milk.
This project is therefore a beautiful family adventure tinged with friendship!
Local milk!Â
These surprisingly sweet yoghurts are also part of a local and sustainable logic. The ewe's milk is supplied by the Gros Chêne cheese factory and the Bergerie des Fauves Laineux, in the Namur region, but other partnerships have been formed with farms in the surrounding area to meet the growing demand!
Lacia in the kitchenÂ
For breakfast, as a dessert, as an aperitif or as a sauce to accompany your salads and meats: Lacia yoghurts go equally well with sweet and savoury dishes.
Good to know: sheep's yoghurt is generally more digestible than its cow's milk counterpart and contains up to 20% more protein.
A zero waste logic
What's more, these tasty yogurts are produced in returnable glass jars that you can take back to the shop!
