Helios is one of the oldest pasta companies in Greece. Founded in 1932 in Elefsis by the Dakos family, it is still, 82 years later, a family business.
Controlling the manufacturing process from start to finish, Helios produces its cereals and processes them in its own mills. Although technology and machinery have changed, the quality and methods of pasta production have remained the same since the beginning. Helios has been in the organic cereal and pasta business for about ten years now and has already won several awards for the texture and taste of many of their varieties.
