A romantic journey for a life project
Everything begins with a trip to New Zealand. For Charlotte and Vincent, it’s a revelation. They return to Belgium with a simple yet powerful desire: to bring back the benefits of healthy, organic and flavourful food. From this inspiration, Greenz Biobar is born — their first 100% organic and Belgian restaurant in Uccle. Very quickly, the adventure grows. In 2018, a social production workshop opens in Forest with a strong mission: to create delicious dishes while offering job opportunities to people with disabilities. Then, in 2023, Greenz moves to Anderlecht into a larger workshop, where a team of passionate professionals cooks every day with love and respect for the environment.
Today, Greenz is much more than tasty dishes. It’s a promise, the promise of more responsible food and a more sustainable future.

Less waste, more common sense: As a pioneer of organic food in returnable jars in Belgium, Greenz relies on endlessly reusable containers. The result: in 2024, this system helped avoid nearly 3 tons of waste. Good for you, good for the planet.
Homemade, in tune with the seasons: Every recipe is prepared using organic, raw and unprocessed ingredients. The recipes evolve with the seasons to offer you variety, freshness and authentic flavours.
Local producers first and foremost: Greenz works hand in hand with local organic producers, carefully selected for their quality and their commitment to living ecosystems.
Everything is made in Brussels: From receiving the vegetables to developing the recipes and filling the jars, everything is processed in their Brussels workshop before arriving in our stores.
