THE HISTORY OF GENEROUS
Generous was founded by Christophe Harou, who, faced with a gluten intolerance, started looking for alternatives to satisfy his craving for pastries. Together with his wife Théodora, they met Jean-Benoît and Aurélie Ghenne of L'Arrière-Cuisine in Brussels, specialists in gluten-free products. From this meeting, the idea of Generous was born in 2013.
A RANGE OF GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS
Today, in their certified gluten-free studio, they bring to life an assortment of gourmet, tasty, organic, gluten-free cookies. The biggest challenge is to make these gluten-free cookies rich in flavor and texture. Thanks to this formula, people with gluten intolerance, as well as those looking for easily digestible and authentic products, will find a safe and delicious option.
Ingredients are carefully selected from mostly local producers, ensuring transparency and traceability of their products.
SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Generous is committed to acting in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. That's why their cookies are packaged by the Travie association, a social workshop that promotes the integration of people with disabilities into the world of work.
Finally, Generous does its best to reduce its carbon footprint by using solar panels, minimizing waste, recycling unsold goods and collaborating with responsible retailers. The idea is to work toward sustainable production, both economically and environmentally.
