Cédric Dumont de Chassart runs the Grande Cense d'Offus farm.
A father since 1995 and a lifelong farmer, he started growing organic products because it was an essential complement to the economic and environmental life of his farm and the health of his family. Cédric has a great deal of experience in agriculture as his family has been working in this field for over 200 years!
Today, he produces leeks, beans, carrots, malting barley for beer making, spelt for bakers and many other foods! Cédric likes to know where his products go, which is why he is delighted with our partnership with Interbio.
