History
The Annex was founded by two friends, Grégoire and Max, who developed a passion for the fermentation process. First by brewing their beers, then by testing different recipes for drinks and lemonades. A real playground for them! Always looking for new things, they are currently working on new recipes that will revolutionise the market, no less!
Our lemonades
Elderflower Lemonade: the first fermented drink in the Annex, it is created from the natural yeast of elderflowers! Ideal for hot days, it is ultra refreshing! Like the flowers from which it is made, it is seasonal.
The ginger beer: a drink (non-alcoholic, to be precise) with ginger and spices which combines the power of one with the sweetness of the other. Get your taste buds ready for a punch!
Rhubarb lemonade: made with local rhubarb, like the elderflower lemonade, it is seasonal. Enjoy it while you can!
