Power Breakfast

For 2 people:

✔ 2 Jonagold apples
✔ 180ml vegetable milk (whichever you prefer)
✔ 3 tbsp chia seeds
✔ 3 tbsp granola
✔ 1 tbsp brown sugar
✔ 1 pinch of cinnamon
✔ 1 handle of “mélange santé” (cranberries, blackberries, goji berries, physalis)

  1.  The day before, mix the chia seeds with 150ml of vegetable milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2.  Cut the apples into cubes and blender with the granola, brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and 30ml of vegetable milk. The texture should be thick enough to support the weight of the chia pudding on top.
  3.  In a glass, pour the apple-granola mixture and cover with the chia pudding.
  4.  Sprinkle with the “mélange santé” ⚡
