For 2 people:
✔ 2 Jonagold apples
✔ 180ml vegetable milk (whichever you prefer)
✔ 3 tbsp chia seeds
✔ 3 tbsp granola
✔ 1 tbsp brown sugar
✔ 1 pinch of cinnamon
✔ 1 handle of “mélange santé” (cranberries, blackberries, goji berries, physalis)
- The day before, mix the chia seeds with 150ml of vegetable milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut the apples into cubes and blender with the granola, brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and 30ml of vegetable milk. The texture should be thick enough to support the weight of the chia pudding on top.
- In a glass, pour the apple-granola mixture and cover with the chia pudding.
- Sprinkle with the “mélange santé” ⚡
