Your main tasks

👥 Team management & recruitment:

• Coaching : support and guide each team member individually in their professional development. 
• Recruitment : identify and hire new talent to strengthen your team. You’ll build your own dream team!
• HR management : handle schedules, contracts, and the onboarding of new employees. 
• Team building : organize activities to strengthen team spirit and celebrate the progress of the project together.

📈 Managing a zone in the store:

• Entrepreneurial spirit : as the person in charge of a zone, you’ll manage your area as if it were your own business.
• Stock management and orders : oversee daily orders with your team, manage inventory, organize and design your zone, train your team, and liaise with suppliers. 
• Analysis and optimization : you enjoy analyzing numbers and implementing actions to boost sales in your domain. You have a proactive approach and are not afraid to experiment, innovate, or make mistakes.
• Strategic decisions : participate in daily team meetings to help develop the store to its fullest potential. 

🏋️ Fieldwork :

• Active presence in the store : you are a dynamic salesperson who is involved on the ground, just like the rest of the team.
• Being at the heart of the action in the store : where you'll juggle various tasks such as customer service at the checkout, restocking bulk cashews, building impressive mountains of carrots, or providing service at the cheese counter.
• Teamtraining : you ensure continuous training for your team by providing constructive feedback. You motivate your team by encouraging them to take initiatives.
• Customer satisfaction : improving the in-store customer experience and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
