Main tasks
- You support and develop 10 employees in a fantastic working environment.
- You provide personalised support through individual coaching sessions.
- You coach by example.
- You are responsible for an area of the shop, like a real entrepreneur.
- You analyse and optimise your area and its figures.
- You are responsible for the stocks in your area.
- You place orders for the shop.
- You analyse and improve the economic performance of the shop.
- You give responsibility to your team members.
- You will be responsible for the evaluation of quantities and the implementation of logistics when you validate a new supplier.
- You take strategic decisions for the shop together with the whole Leading Team.
- You are in charge of recruitment.
- You make forecasts about the performance of the shop.
- You are in charge of the organisation of team buildings.
- You will be involved in human resources tasks such as creating schedules, managing contracts and salaries, and integrating new employees.
