✔ 2 bananas
✔ A dozen strawberries
✔ Almond milk
✔ Healthy mix (goji berries, dried blackberries, cranberries)
1. Peel and slice the bananas, cut the strawberries in half and freeze them for at least 8 hours.
2. Blend the frozen fruit with a little almond milk (depending on the desired consistency).
