‘Helios’ is one of the oldest and most established pasta companies in Greece. Founded in 1932 in Elefsis by the Dakos family, it remains to this day a family-run business.

The company masters every step of the manufacturing process, from beginning to end. It produces its own grain, and processes it in its own mills. Although both technology and machinery have evolved since the thirties, the quality and methods have remained the same. About a decade ago, Helios started producing organic cereals and pasta, and has already won several awards for the textures and tastes of its many varieties.
