Gaspacho

For 4 people:

✔ 1 red pepper
✔ 1/2 cucumber
✔ 4 tomatoes
✔ 1 small clove garlic
✔ 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
✔ 1 pinch of salt
✔ 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
✔ 120 ml of olive oil
✔ Some basil leaves

  1.  Roughly cut the vegetables and garlic.
  2.  Put everything in a bowl with the balsamic vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper.
  3.  Marinate for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally, then mix everything in the blender.
  4.  Slowly add the olive oil while continuing to mix.

Tips : Serve fresh and garnish it with a dash of olive oil, a pinch of salt and a few chopped basil leaves.
