For 15 balls:
✔ 10 dates (pitted)
✔ 100g grated coconut
✔ 50g cashew nuts
✔ 50g oat flakes
✔ 50g of almond paste
✔ 50g of chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)
✔ 80ml water
✔ A pinch of salt
- Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate and half of the grated coconut, in a blender and mix everything up.
- Pour the mixture in a container, add the chocolate chips and mix with clean hands.
- Roll the dough into balls and sprinkle the rest of the coconut on top.
