✔ 1 yogurt (cow, sheep or goat)
- Crumble the speculoos in the bottom of a glass (or verrine).
- Peel the clementines and chop it into slices and cubes.
- Place the slices against the sides of the glass and the cubes in the middle.
- Add a spoon of honey.
- Pour the yoghurt on top of it.
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and cinnamon and enjoy!
