Cédric Dumont de Chassart works at the Offus Grande Cense farm.
As a farmer and as a father, he began cultivating organic products because of its indispensability to the economic and environmental life of both his farm and family. Cédric’s experience in his field is second to none: his family has an over 200-year legacy in the agricultural sector.
His produce includes leeks, beans, carrots, malting barley for beer production, spelt for baking, and much, much more. Cédric likes knowing where his produce goes, which is why he’s thrilled about our partnership with Interbio. At The Barn, you’ll find us selling his leeks.
