For one person :
✔ 1 yogurt
✔ 1 banana (or some honey)
✔ 1 tbsp of Colza oil (or flaxseed oil)
✔ 1 tbsp of lemon juice
✔ 1 handful of oilseeds (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, etc.)
✔ 1 handful of oatmeal (or other cereal)
✔ 1 handful of blueberries (or other seasonal fruit of your choice)
- Blend the yoghurt, banana, oil, lemon and oleaginous all together in a blender
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle with oatmeal and add the blueberries (or any other seasonal fruit cut into pieces).
