Depuis le lancement de notre projet en 2017, nous avons à cœur de construire des relations fortes avec nos maraîchers. Après leur avoir prêté main forte avec nos Barners sur les plantations durant la haute saison, proposé des primes de maraîchage chaque année ou des aides aux investissements, nous avons pris la décision d’aller encore plus loin dans notre connaissance du métier en démarrant notre propre production maraîchère.
Par la création d’un modèle rentable sur 3 hectares, nous espérons en effet nous rapprocher encore davantage du travail de la terre et acquérir une connaissance encore plus approfondie de ce que cela représente de produire de la nourriture de qualité !
